Okanagan Landing Elementary School is located within the city of Vernon, British Columbia, overlooking Okanagan Lake.  Our population during the 2009/2010 school year includes about 321 wonderful students from grades K - 7.  We are a school that believes strongly in inclusion, accepting all children, and that all children can learn.  We have a well established “Massage in the School” program and a “Roots of Empathy” program.  These programs support our Social Responsibility goal.

Parent involvement is very active at Okanagan Landing School. The Parent Advisory Committee (P.A.C.) has well attended meetings and has worked very hard to fund raise for the school. In addition to their support for playground equipment and extra computers and other equipment, they have been very generous in supporting a variety of extracurricular activities. We very much appreciate their generous support of our programs.
