Building Collective Efficacy: What process did your school take in developing your School Growth Plan?
Our staff worked together to review school data to determine our students’ successes and challenges. From these discussions we determined our vision for Okanagan Landing going forward. We reviewed current evidence and street data to create goals that reflected SD22 Strategic Plan.
Evidence-Informed: What data is driving your goal(s)?
The school data from the past three years was shared and discussed with staff over several meetings. We also looked at street data for our students to round out our vision and movement forward. Some of the data sources we reviewed were information from Student Learning Surveys, the Middle Years Development Instrument, Grade 4 and Grade 7 FSA, and report card data.
